Independent Contractor Product Payment Waiver Agreement
This Agreement is entered into on this day:
Lawson Mobile Tax (LMT) ("Seller"), and

WHEREAS:
Seller offers tax preparation training, software, and related materials for purchase by Independent Contractors;
Buyer desires to purchase said product(s) but has requested deferred payment terms;
Seller agrees to allow Buyer to defer payment under the terms outlined below.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Deferred Payment Agreement
Seller agrees to allow Buyer to purchase the selected split package
Buyer agrees to pay the total purchase price upon receiving their first income return from their tax preparation services.
2. Payment Terms
Buyer agrees to remit full payment to Seller no later than [specific date or time frame after first income return, e.g., within 30 days of receiving payment].

5. Legal Enforcement
In the event of non-payment, Buyer agrees to allow Seller to pursue collection efforts, including but not limited to:
Reporting non-payment to credit bureaus;
Filing a legal claim in a court of law.
Buyer agrees to be responsible for all collection costs, including attorney’s fees and court costs, incurred by Seller.
6. Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Buyer’s use of the product(s).
7. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
